Social Protection for Unorganized Workers

To ensure that workers are aware of their entitlements, we organize special registration camps, village-level awareness programmes, and Panchayat-level workers' collective meetings. These initiatives empower workers with information, facilitate access to government welfare schemes, and strengthen their collective voice. Over the past five years, Vaan Muhil Trust has supported more than 8,000 unorganized workers through a range of community-based interventions, enabling them to secure social protection benefits and improve their livelihoods with dignity and confidence.
